Welcome to akarmalife, Ampthill’s movement community where real people come to get stronger, feel better and belong. We combine expert teaching with small, supportive classes so you can build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress and move with more confidence no matter your age, experience level or starting point.

If you’re looking for exercise that feels good, works for your body and keeps you motivated, you’ll find it here. Our classes include Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength, Tai Chi and Pilates Reformer through our sister studio, giving you the variety and guidance you need to create lasting change. Most importantly, you’ll join a community where you’re seen, encouraged and truly welcome.
