Our introduction to yoga course is the place to start if you are new to yoga or if you would like to revisit some of the foundational aspects of the practice.
Over the six weeks you'll be introduced to key philosophical and practical elements of the practice. You will learn how to safely do and modify common postures, feel more confident to join a class, understand the benefits of a consistent yoga practice and begin your own personal yoga journey.
