A monthly meet-up for people who have attended the introduction to meditation course or who have some experience of meditation. A place to re-ignite your practice, stay on track, get guidance and practice meditation in a group setting.




Sound Bath Evening

A Gong Bath offers a rare opportunity to lay down in a safe, group environment, close your eyes and switch off from your busy life. Following a Gong Bath, people often report feeling soothed, calmed, relaxed, energised and grounded.

What's the difference between a Gong and a Sound Bath?
Sound Baths include a range of instruments and tones and therefore make for a more varied relaxation, whereas the Gong Baths focus on the gongs, which offer fewer changes in tones and have potential for a deeper relaxation to be achieved.

TRE Monthly Practice Group

Want to learn a simple way to release stress and tension from the body?

TRE will start to retrain you to naturally disperse tension and stress through tremors or 'shaking'. This provides a way for the nervous system to function as an integrated, balanced whole in everyday life; returning you to a more relaxed and calm state of being, ready to meet life's challenges with resilience.
