HOME EDUCATION SESSIONS
YOGA & MINDFULNESS
Join us for our 60-minute yoga and mindfulness sessions filled with lots of fun. Suitable for children aged 4 to 8 years old. The sessions include:
* Fun and interesting yoga activities, perfect for growing bodies
* Mindful colouring - some calm for the mind
* Introduction to meditation and breathing practices to help children process feelings and emotions.
These practices help to increase focus and attention, self-confidence and positive body awareness. Bringing a sense of calm to busy minds and bodies allows children the space to relax and explore their growing and changing selves.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SKILLS
Movement skills for life start in childhood. Whether your child is participating in sport or just wants to explore, challenge and have fun, join our FMS sessions for home ed children aged 9-15 years!
What is FMS?! Functional Movement Skills is a description of basic body movements that all children should learn as a foundation for healthy movement and alignment for life.
This is a unique opportunity to be taught and coached basic movement skills, such as squatting, hip hinging, jumping, landing, flexion, extension and much more. All under the supervision of our performance coach, Ben.
Our facility has an onsite Strength and Rehab Centre with equipment that can help to prepare the next generation of youth with basic movement patterns, enabling them to be fully prepared, physically for life.
