Our short courses are suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to revisit the essential foundations of their practice. We offer many courses as small groups so that you get an optimal learning experience. Book one of these popular courses now to reserve your place! Please read terms and conditions before making your booking.

Kids Yoga
9-13 yrs (Online)

Rachel Rookwood | £20 (5 weeks)/£5 drop in

A weekly online class 4pm Mondays as well as a recorded version sent each week so they can access the class at any time in the following week...

These sessions include:
- Fun and interesting yoga activities, perfect for growing bodies
- Introduction to meditation and breathing practices to help children and young people process feelings and emotions.

Practices that can help to increase focus and attention, self-confidence and bring a sense of calm, allowing children the space to relax and explore growing bodies and minds.

You only need to booking per household. The weekly session is recorded and is made available for you to use over that week as many times you would like.
